OCADFA Bargaining Team Videos

We had seven pillars in our bargaining mandate in the last round, and we achieved gains in all of them. In this video series the members of the Bargaining Team all discuss one or two accomplishments, whilst acknowledging that we have much more to work towards as we begin the next round.

This series was shot this past spring by Alex Williams, a multiple award-winning’ documentary film-maker and OCADU sessional instructor, sound Recording by OCADFA board member and Grievance co-chair Gerald Grison, a multidisciplinary artist and Integrated Media Technician in Studio Services and supported by Integrated Media students Jane Qin and Paul Song.

We are very proud of the work of everyone in front and behind the cameras on this project and excited to share this with the OCADFA membership, the university at large, and our friends and supporters in labour and the community.
