Below are two regular channels of support, through help with Grievances and our Community Support Fund. But you are also encouraged to contact us directly if you have any concerns that you think the union may be able to help with.
Grievances
A grievance is an allegation made by OCADFA, generally on behalf of itself and one of its members, that the Employer has violated the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) or an applicable policy or legislation.
Community Support Fund
The OCADFA community support fund addresses situations where OCADFA members are experiencing a significant life event that places them in a position of economic, food, or housing insecurity.
