Hello OCADFA Members,
At this time we are soliciting nominees for all open positions on our OCADFA Board and Negotiations Committee. Our next Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 8. Commencing shortly after this meeting there will be a period of 7 days until November 15, where you can case your vote online to elect members to all vacant seats.
Nominations are open now, and will close during the Annual General Meeting. You may nominate yourself or another member by filling out the nomination form and returning it to the Nominations Committee (tnielsen@ocadu.ca and mleepoy@ocadu.ca). Please also CC our Executive Director, Graeme Reniers (graeme@ocadfa.ca). According to OCADFA’s bylaws, each nominee must be present at the AGM or provide written consent to their nomination.
If you would like a short candidate’s statement to be included in the AGM package for distribution, we ask that you submit this to us by October 31, 2022.

The Board positions to be filled are:
- President (term ends 2025)
- Vice President (term ends 2024)
- Grievance Co-Chair (term ends 2025)
- Grievance Co-Chair (term ends 2025)
- TA/RA Director (term ends 2023)
- Director-at-large (term ends 2025)
- Director-at-large (term ends 2025)
- Director-at-large (term ends 2023)
The Negotiations Committee position to be filled is:
- Representative for Sessionals
- Representative for Teaching Assistants and Research Assistants
